Natech Wins Gold and Bronze at UX | CX Awards 2025
Natech has been honored with Gold and Bronze at the 2025 UX | CX Awards for its innovation in financial transaction applications and customer-centric banking technology.
Ioannina, Greece – September 24, 2025 — Natech Banking Solutions was honored with two awards at the UX | CX Awards 2025, held on Tuesday, September 23 at the Anais Club in Athens.
The event, now in its fourth year, brought together 260 professionals from across Greece’s business, academic, and institutional landscape to recognize the most impactful initiatives in user and customer experience.
Natech received:
Gold in Best Use of Financial Transaction Application for the project “Natech x Snappi: Reimagining Everyday Banking Through Transactional Innovation”
Bronze in Best in Banking, Insurance & Financial Services for the submission “Customer-Centric Innovation in Banking Technology for Regional Financial Institutions”
The awards highlight Natech’s continued investment in customer-centered design and its ability to co-create digital financial experiences that drive real value for both financial institutions and end users.
The awards were judged by a 32-member jury of professionals, academics, and industry experts. This year’s Jury President, Irini Rigopoulou, noted that the global UX market is expected to exceed $5.6 billion, with Europe holding a 30% share. She emphasized the need for growth that is sustainable and tied to real customer satisfaction.
