Donncha is a 30 year veteran of the Fintech industry with extensive solution delivery experience across all geographies, having worked for a number of the industry leaders. His vision for Customer Success is underpinned by experience gained across multiple global consulting and delivery roles at both Temenos and Misys (Finastra).

Prior to joining Natech, Donncha oversaw large transformation initiatives at Finastra in his role as SVP, Customer and Service Excellence. He focused on building value adding service offerings aligned to a defined Customer Transformation Journey with the aim of adopting standardised, high quality solutions throughout the customer lifecycle, from Premium Support to a full Managed Service / SAAS experience. This focus continues at Natech, where as Chief Customer Success Officer, he is responsible for the full customer experience as Natech embarks on it’s next phase of growth.
