Donncha McCarthy Appointed Chief Customer Success Officer at Natech
The C-level team is strengthening to accelerate the company’s international expansion
Athens, November 29, 2023 – Natech, a European Fintech company, welcomes Donncha McCarthy as its new Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO). Having over 15 years of Senior Management and Executive Leadership experience in the core banking & fintech industry, Donncha will lead the development of a forward-thinking strategy to enhance customer relationships, satisfaction, and loyalty.
In his role as CCSO, Donncha will be directly aligned with the Deputy CEO, Mathias Schuetz, taking charge of the Customer Success Organization. This encompasses pivotal areas like Professional Services, Platform Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Training.
