Natech-Qualco Consortium Appointed to Digitally Leap Greece’s Deposit and Loan Fund (DLF) in a 3.6m Deal

Aiming to revolutionize the Deposit and Loan Fund's technological landscape, the Natech-Qualco Consortium has signed a transformative €3.6 million deal (including VAT).

This collaboration heralds the development of an avant-garde Integrated Information System to streamline and elevate DLF operations aiming to replace the existing DLF applications. Under the auspices of Greece’s “Greece 2.0” initiative, this digital transformation will consolidate DLF’s operational capabilities through a state-of-the-art unified system.

Natech, as the leading partner in the Consortium with a 66% stake, will provide a robust set of solutions to DLF including Deposit and Cash Management, Consumer and Business Loans, highly intuitive Web & Mobile applications for advanced online banking operations, and an underlying AML solution to prevent fraud and money laundering, amongst a variety of additional applications that empower modern financial services. Natech will also provide helpdesk infrastructure and 1st Level Support services throughout the project’s execution, warranty, and maintenance period.

Qualco, with a 34% stake in the Consortium, will focus on the supply and implementation of subsystems and software, including the cutting edge systems of Qualco Process Automation, Clearing of Dispossessions, Electronic Document Management, and Revenue Collection and Administrative Execution. It will also provide 2nd Level Support services.

The project will unfold in meticulous phases to ensure a bespoke fit for DLF, culminating in a thoroughly supported roll-out expected to last 28 months and will be implemented in 3 phases: including Application Study, Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Procurement, and Installation of new applications and supporting functions with legal licenses, customization based on DLF’s needs, training for management and user teams, and support during the pilot and trial operation of the system until its final use.

Natech and Qualco bring their collective seasoned expertise to the fore, safeguarding a digital transformation that sets a new standard for financial institutions.
