The role of Natech systems in the digital transformation of Cooperative Bank of Karditsa
In June's Digital Finance magazine Panagiotis Tournavitis - the Managing Director of the Cooperative Bank of Karditsa - refers to the digital transformation of the Bank through their systems' replacement and enhancement in collaboration with Natech, their main technological vendor.
” I have to admit that in order to put into practice our plans technological investments are required … So we have invested in our infrastructure’s replacement and enhancements e.g. Our core banking system is being upgraded, we launched our mobile banking services, we have introduced APS in our branches and updated our ATMs. We have also adopted the paperless operation for our services and processes.”
